As art director of walk magazine, the quarterly membership magazine for the Ramblers Association, I designed all the layouts, created infographics, organised still-life shoots, commissioned illustrations, created the maps for the walking routes, sourced images and prepared the pages for print. I oversaw the advertorial features and other promotional materials on a regular basis.

 

Ramblers is Britain's walking charity, working to protect and expand the places people love to walk, and promote walking for health and pleasure. Walk is produced by The River Group, where I was based, working closely with the client Editor, who was based at the Ramblers.
